Disposable period products take around 500+ years to decompose, washing up on beaches, lining landfills, and sitting in sewage systems around the globe. An average menstruating person will use around 11,000 tampons or pads in a lifetime. And they’ll stay here long after we're gone.
So we're breaking the cycle. We could keep painting this gnarly picture, hoping to scare you into change, but you’re not the enemy. The highly polluting single-use industry is who we’re up against.
