That’s why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee if you choose the wrong size or find that the product simply doesn’t work for you.
This guarantee applies to period products purchased both on our website and in physical stores. If you bought your product from a store or another website, just be sure to keep your proof of purchase.
Important: Our guarantee covers ONE used product per order. All other products must be returned unused in unopened packaging to receive a refund.

How do I claim it?
Menstrual cup
You can claim the satisfaction guarantee within 90 days of receiving your order. We recommend trying the cup across at least 3 cycles to get used to it. The guarantee covers one used cup per order — either a free size exchange or a full refund. If you purchased multiple cups or bought during a campaign, only one cup is eligible under the guarantee. All additional cups must be unused and in sealed packaging to be refunded.
Period underwear
You can claim the guarantee within 90 days of receiving your order. We offer a full refund of one used pair of underwear per order if the product doesn't work as promised. Size exchanges are available for unused period underwear in unopened packaging. If you ordered multiple pairs, all other underwear must be returned unused in unopened packaging to receive your refund.
Menstrual disc
You can claim the guarantee after trying the disc out for a minimum of 90 days (3 cycles). We offer a full refund of one used disc per order if the product doesn't work as promised. If you ordered multiple discs or during a campaign, only one disc is covered by the guarantee. All other discs must be returned unused in unopened packaging. The disc guarantee is valid within 90 days of receiving your order.
