AllMatters was founded in 2012, as OrganiCup, with an ambition to grow the category of reusable period products.
Do you remember your first period product?
Maybe it was a big, bulky pad from the nurse’s office, a tampon slipped under the toilet door that just would not go in, or (no judgment!) a big wad of paper towel stuffed into your underwear in panic.
Whatever it was, it probably felt alien, uncomfortable, wrong. It marked an awkward beginning to one of the longest-running routines in your life as a menstruating human.
But what if this wasn’t the default?
How It Started
Back in 2012, we launched as OrganiCup, with the goal of offering an alternative to existing period care. A simple, reusable menstrual cup, accessible to all, easy on your body and mindful of the planet.
Since then, over 2 million of our cups have made their way into period routines around the world; slowly shifting habits, while reducing a huge ton of single-use plastic waste caused by ordinary pads and tampons.
The New Default in Period Care
As different routines signaled the need for different products, our appetite to disrupt the norm grew even further. In 2021, we evolved into AllMatters to reflect a bigger mission of making reusable period care the obvious choice. The next step was adding super comfy, washable period underwear to the lineup.
Fast forward to the present day, we believe that we can make zero-waste periods the future. By developing more accessible menstrual wellness products designed to fit your unique flow, we hope to show changing your routines can feel easy. And with small changes, comes great impact.
It’s not about an overnight fix. It’s about slowly rethinking habits formed out of necessity into conscious choices.
