I've been using the cup for 4 years now and it is irreplacable! So many beach vacations were not ruined thanks to the cup! Swimming and sun tanning- no problem! Sometimes I get a spotting on my underwear, which is why I put a thin daily pad for protection, but when on the beach it is not needed as the textile is thick enough to not worry.
Overall, I am def. ordering another cup!
